No experience is necessary, as all classes are suitable for beginners. Knowing how to swim is highly recommended for safety reasons, but the sport is practiced with a life jacket and the support of an instructor.

What is the minimum age to practice kitesurfing?

The minimum age is usually 8 years, depending on weight and ability to follow instructions. There is no maximum age - the important thing is to be willing and in good health.

How long does it take to learn kitesurfing?

The time varies, but generally, between 10 and 14 hours of lessons are enough to take your first steps on the board. Progress depends on the wind, the frequency of lessons, and the student's profile.

Is this sport dangerous?

Practiced with the right equipment and professional instruction, kitesurfing is a safe sport. Instructors teach all safety procedures beforehand.

What material is included in the courses?

Lessons include a wing, bar, board, trapeze, helmet, vest, and radio. Just bring sunscreen and a swimsuit.

Do I need arm strength to control the kite?

No. The kite is controlled primarily with the body and the trapeze, which distributes the force. Technique is more important than physical strength.

What should I bring to the lesson?

Sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sunglasses with a cord, and good energy!

Can I kitesurf if I'm not fit?

Yes, kitesurfing is accessible to all ages and abilities. Progression is tailored to each student.

What happens if the wind is light or very strong?

Lessons are adapted to the wind, and we use different kite sizes to ensure safety and quality. We monitor wind conditions daily.
